In the second post I will go over microphone techniques and MIDI programming.
First of all there are 2 types of microphones: The condensers and the dynamics.
They are different in the way they receive and process the sound. The condenser microphones are distinguished for their high sensitivity and frequency response. Therefore they can pick up every single sound from all around the room, they cannot be used with a high-volume sound source because the sound will come distorted while the dynamic microphones can mainly pick up sounds from in front of them and they are suitable for all the loud sources and for general purposes.
